Chris told us about a runaway slave, named Onesimus. Paul was in prison, but he met Onesimus and helped him to become a Christian. Then Paul wrote a letter to his owner, Philemon. Paul asked Philemon to welcome his slave back home.
Sometimes we are like Onesimus. We run away from God. Chris explained how we can find God, just like Onesimus did.

Andy spoke about Deaf people in the Bible, especially the man that Jesus healed.
Andy asked the question: Will Deaf people become hearing in Heaven? He spoke about the verses: John chapter 5 verse 28-29
Don’t be surprised at this. A time is coming when all people who are dead and in their graves will hear his voice. Then they will come out of their graves. Those who did good in this life will rise and have eternal life. But those who did evil will rise to be judged guilty.
When you have died, then when you hear the voice of Jesus, which group will you be in: People who will have eternal life, or people who will be judged guilty?

Chris told us about one parable Jesus told, about the Lost Son. We are all lost, and we need to ask the Lord Jesus to save us.

John chapter 14 verse 16:
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may stay with you for ever.
Jeremy talked about some gifts God has given us:
God has given us the Holy Spirit, but He has given us a gift before – Jesus Christ.
You can't have the Holy Spirit without first having Jesus Christ.
Jeremy explained Who sent the Holy Spirit, the responsibility of the Holy Spirit, and how we can get the Holy Spirit.
The unopened gift can only be opened by Repentance and Faith in Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the only way: John chapter 5 verse 24, Romans chapter 8 verse 1, Ephesians chapter 2 verses 8-9

How do you recognise a true Christian?
Andy talked about what some people think:
1. I always have been a Christian. I was born a Christian. My parents are Christians, so am I.
2. I was baptised – I am a Christian.
3. I believe in God – I am a Christian.
4. I felt something nice inside – now I am a Christian.
5. I was interested, so I decided to be a Christian.
6. I don’t know how, but I know I am a Christian.
Andy explained that all these are not enough. There must be a big change:
You have to change your thinking. You have to be born again. You have to repent.
Has it happened in your life? Think back.
If a big change has not happened in your life, you should pray and ask the lord how to make you a true Christian, by trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Question 1 Where do black and white people come from?
Question 2 What did Jesus look like?
Andy explained about where different skin colour comes from. He explained that God sees us all as equal. We are all sinners.
Andy explained that we do not know what Jesus looked like, because the Bible says nothing. We should not think about if He was tall or short, fat or thin. We should think about what He did to save us from our sins.

We do not become Christians because of Bible knowledge or if we understand theology.
Jesus says we “MUST be born again”. Why did Jesus say: “MUST”, and what does “born again” mean?

Jeremy explained that many people think they have an excuse to life without God, but there is no excuse. We all have to meet Him and answer for our life.

Malcolm explained that we all must die. He explained what "Repent" means. Malcolm explained that we must repent before we die. There are many warnings, and Malcom showed us some pictures to help us understand. It is very important to be saved, because when we die, we go straight to Heaven or Hell. Which will you go to?

Sin has polluted the earth. Jeremy explained what sin is. He explained how powerful it is. Jeremy also explained that God's love is more powerful, and Jesus is the only One who can help us.

He found God when he was very young, and although he became rich, he served God for many years, and put God first in his life. We can learn a lot from his example.

Wrong ideas about Jesus can be dangerous. Stuart explained about some wrong ideas, and showed that Jesus was not a cheat, or a mad man, but He is really the Son of God who came and suffered and died for our souls.

Exodus Chapter 14 verse 13
The Bible tells us to stand still. Why? There are many lessons in the Bible. Moses told the Jews to stand still. Why? The Egyptian army was chasing them. The sea was in front of them. Why stand still? Because God was going to teach them something important. He was going to save them. Same today. We are so busy with our lives, but we never think about God. We all have to face Him one day, but we are sinners. Jeremy explained the best thing to do. Stand still, and see God's salvation.

The Bible tells us how Isaac found his wife. Isaac loved his wife. She was the perfect wife. God blessed them with love. We can learn a lot from his example. Andy explained how we must follow God's rules, not do what we think is right, and copy everyone else.

David explained about the famous ship. He said that our life is like a trip on a ship. It is very risky. Dave challenged us. He asked us where we are going in life, and what will happen when we die. He had many spiritual lessons for us.
